 • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Shipping times vary by destination, typically 3-10 business days.

 • Tracking Your Order: You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 2 business days of shipping. If you don’t receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at vagabondibiza@gmail.com with your name and order number.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Please note the following:

 • Return Shipping and Import Fees: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any import taxes or fees back to Spain. Additionally, if shipping outside the UK, import taxes may apply on delivery.

 • Returns Process: Notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving your return request, we’ll provide instructions and our return address. Once received, returns are processed within 3-10 days.

 • Sustainable Packaging: We value sustainability, so each order is carefully packed in recycled fabrics, wrapped in brown paper, and tied with string, reflecting our commitment to sustainable practices.
